We're aware of a couple of issues on the Samsung Smart TV app that we're working to get fixed as quickly as possible:
Certain episodes of older titles are not loading on the channel. An error message appears that the content is not available in your region. This message is incorrect. Please email us with the series title and episode so that we can get this fixed as quickly as possible.
Certain episodes are loading without subtitles. If you come across an episode without subtitles, please email us, let us know which series and episode, and we'll get this fixed right away.
If you're experiencing an issue not on this list, please let us know so we can work to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
